About Hong Kong Express

Hong Kong Express or HK Express was formerly known as Helicopters Hong Kong Limited. It was founded in 1997 and was based in Lantau, Hong Kong. Currently the airline has grown to be the top LCC in Hong Kong with a fleet of 12 modern Airbus A320 aircraft and plans to include over 30 Airbus A320’s by 2018. With the added fleet, HK Express is set to increase its number of flying destinations.

Hong Kong Express booking class is available for economy class only. The average seat pitch is 28 inches and the seats are available in a 3 x 3 configuration.

Hong Kong Express Airport Check In

Passengers can also check in at the airport and the check in counter at airport opens 2 hours before the flight departure. The airport check in counter for Hong Kong Express flights closes 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure and the boarding gates closes 20 minutes prior to flight departure.

Economy Flex fare – Passengers can carry 30 Kg as free checked baggage allowance and carry cabin baggage of 7 Kg.

Economy Fun fare – Passengers can carry a cabin baggage of maximum 7 Kg and nominal fare should be paid for checked baggage.
