You must have tasted Shawarma before but having it in the place of its origin is a totally different experience. Shawarma is a wrap including slices of beef or chicken straight off the spit, pickled vegetables, tabbouleh salad and a combination of hummus, tahini, and amba spread, all rolled up in fluffy Arabic bread. It’s yummy and tasty indeed!

Hummus – it’s a popular Emirati dip made from chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, Tahini paste, salt, and garlic. It’s a perfect appetizer and is served with Shawarma or pita bread.
Considered as one of the most luxurious and celebratory foods, this is certainly a remarkable dish of UAE. A stuffed camel can be prepared with chicken, sheep, eggs, fish, and spices and it is cooked on a spit over the open flame.

This lip-smacking Emirati dish is a bespoke version of the tasty French fries. This traditional dish is prepared with chickpeas, various spices, and other ingredients. Tempting for sure!
Make sure that you savor this eminent dessert! Complete your spicy meal with this sweet dish, also known as ‘bread of the harem.’ Esh Asarya is a cheesecake with fresh cream topping. Rich and sweet, this cake melts in the mouth.
